Bakery, cafe franchise Tous les Jours appears to be planning site in Roseville's Fairway Creek Shopping Center
A bakery and cafe franchise with more than 1,650 stores worldwide appears to be planning a site in Roseville's Fairway Creek Shopping Center, which would be its first in the region.
Tous les Jours is an Asian-inspired bakery and cafe franchise. Roseville filed plans in November to remodel a 2,126-square foot building at 9400 Fairway Drive. Suite 120. This was to be converted into a Tous les Jours bakery. Tous les Jours filed a fake business name for the site earlier in the month. Rocklin-based Sri Shashti LLC submitted the filing. According to its website, the bakery and cafe franchise operates over 70 stores in the U.S.A and more than 1,650 worldwide. Fairway Creek Shopping Center also houses Turner's Outdoorsman and Lumber Liquidators, as well as Wayback Burgers and Goodwill. Fairway Creek is located in the Highway 65 corridor, near other major shopping centers such as Creekside Town Center, Westfield Galleria Roseville and Ridge at Creekside.
