CompStak Leases 27K SF at 675 Avenue of the Americas
The company signed a five-year lease to relocate its global headquarters to 25,644 square feet at 675 Avenue of the Americas.
CompStak CEO Michael Mandel stated that they have increased their office footprint in order to make sure our team feels comfortable as we grow. CompStak will expect its team to return to the office. Therefore, I feel that the office must be a place they love to be. 675 Avenue of the Americas was built in 1901 as an industrial building to house Adams Dry Goods.
