Dallas-based Rusty Taco acquired by California investment firm
The investment firm purchased the local taco franchise from Atlanta-based Inspire Brands, which also operates franchises including Arby's, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin' Donuts, Jimmy John's and SONIC Drive-In.
Dallas-based Rusty Taco will be acquired by California-based Gala Capital Partners, the company announced today. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. GCP currently has investments in franchises such as Dunn Brothers Coffee, Cici's Pizza and MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes.
