The job of the company was to produce exhibits to support the argument by prosecutors that officers failed to intervene in Derek Chauvin's use unreasonable force that resulted in Floyd’s death. Reikes stated that starting at the beginning is a common practice in his field. He said that juries often base their decisions on completely irrelevant factors such as the clothing of witnesses. Six exhibits were created by the company for George Floyd's trial. Reikes stated that the trial could trigger some employees, as with many others. Reikes stated that the company is making plans to expand into other industries. It is important to give employees an emotional break. High Impact's main source of business is still litigation. The company has completed more than 1,200 projects over the past year. Reikes stated that no matter how strong a medical argument is, most people don't understand it until they actually see it. He stated that the team had been able to accomplish something in a majority of cases they work on. "If someone's life was severely affected, we can at least partially correct that."
