Fast-casual sub restaurant chain adds St. Charles County location
Opening one of the stores can cost between $200,000 and $800,000, including franchising fees and build out.
The restaurant is located at 1570 Wentzville Parkway, Wentzville. It celebrated its grand opening on Monday. Ryan Cunningham, a franchisee in St. Louis, has opened the fourth location. Cunningham estimated that opening a Jersey Mike's shop can cost anywhere from $200,000 to $800,000. This includes franchising fees, build out, and franchise fees. He said that the 1,750-square foot location employs 24 workers. More than 2,300 restaurants are owned by the Manasquan restaurant chain, New Jersey. According to Cunningham, there are nine stores total in the St. Louis area.
