Former Von Housen Automotive property on Howe Avenue sold for $22 million
The last of three local Mercedes-Benz dealership sales has closed, according to public filings.
According to public filings, the last three Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the area have closed. According to El Dorado County real estate records, the property that houses the dealership at 1000 Mercedes Lane in El Dorado Hills was sold to Envision Motors last month for $21.85 Million. According to public filings, the land on which the Howe Avenue dealership was located was sold to Envision Motors in February for $22.2 million. Von Housen Automotive Group was second to be sold in December. Knight Automotive Group, a Canadian car dealer, purchased five dealerships from Lasher Auto Group in December.
