How to deal with rude people consistently?
I really love the organization I work for, but my department offers very selective services to org customers that feel entitled to these services …

Although I love my job, I have to admit that I am not able to offer all the services I need to customers of the organization. This is due to limited resources and not because they are wrong. This is a problem for many people. Combine that anger with a lot entitlement, and you get the people I have to deal. How do I deal with these customer issues with grace, professionalism and competence when the org policy is not on my side?
