Ivana Trump Left Behind $34 Million. Here's What Is In Her Will

According to previously unknown probate documents, Ivana Trump's three children Don Jr., Ivanka, and Eric followed their mother's casket outside St. Vincent Ferrer Roman Catholic Church in New York City on July 20, 2022. According to her will, the majority of this should be divided between her children, Don Jr. and Eric Trump. Two properties were left for her friends. Rossano Rubicondi tried to leave one for her ex-husband but he died before she could. Donald Trump, Ivana’s wealthy ex-husband, got nothing. Ivana's most important asset is her New York City townhouse. It is located just half a block from Central Park. It is currently being offered for $26.5 million by her heirs. It is not clear if they will receive that amount. According to their mother's will, no matter what the final price is, the proceeds will be divided equally between Eric, Ivanka, and Don Jr. These younger Trumps will be able to borrow money from their father, but they won't have to give up major parts of his $3.2billion empire. Forbes estimates that Eric and Don Jr. were worth approximately $25 million each, while Ivanka, who has her own fashion label and was married to a wealthy family, is worth around $375 million. Dorothy Curry, who was a nanny for the Trumps for many decades, is the biggest beneficiary. Ivana wrote that she started her career as a nanny and had a "spark in her eye" and "a lot of nervous energy." Curry, a religious woman, knelt at the Trump children's bedsides every night to teach them prayers their mother didn't know in English. Ivana wrote that although religion does not play a significant role in her life, she was glad her children were able to talk to God. Ivana later made the former nanny her assistant, and they remained close for many years. Curry's address in Queens is listed on probate documents. He received a condo in Florida that online real-estate services estimate is worth over $1 million. Ivana also stipulated that Curry receive Tiger Trump, a Yorkshire Terrier named after her. Ivana's kindness reflects Curry's inclusion in the Trump family over time. Eric Trump recalled his time in Ireland and said that Dorothy is his second mother. "She has raised me since I was a child, and we are very close. She is my best friend. "Ivana celebrates with her dog at a party at her New York City townhouse on October 18, 2011. After his mother appointed Eric Trump as her personal representative, he is now responsible for the management of the estate and its dissolution. Some overseas properties are also included in the estate. Rossano Rubiconi was the ex-husband of Ivana. She wanted to leave St. Tropez, France, as a bequest. Rubicondi, her ex-husband, died in 2021 and that bequest was subsequently canceled. Evelyne Galet, a friend of Ivana's, received another St. Tropez property. It is not known how Ivana met Galet or what her relationship with Galet was. Representatives for the Trump Organization didn't respond to questions. Ivana also left some for charity. She said that all her clothes should be donated to the American Red Cross or the Salvation Army. All of these records are kept in Miami-Dade County. Ivana lived in Miami in winter, St. Tropez during the summer and New York City during the fall and spring. She claimed Florida as her official residence, even though it has no income tax. Trumps must file a federal estate return because Ivana has large assets. While anyone can pass down $12,000,000 tax-free through the Internal Revenue Service, 40% of all proceeds are taken by the government. If Ivana has assets of $34 million, then the estate taxes could reach $8.7 million. Ivana made it clear in her will that she would use her assets to pay these taxes.
