Miami real estate firm buys Snell Arcade commercial condo

Tricera Capital, which owns several assets in St. Petersburg, purchased the 8,582-square foot space from Volunteers of America. Chris and Patrick Calhoon, both commercial brokers at Smith & Associates Real Estate worked together with the seller and buyer. The basement of the historic building houses the commercial condo. It has been used as an office for Volunteers of America for many years. Snell Arcade was constructed in the 1920s. The condo retains many of its original art-deco-era design elements.
