Boeing Starliner and SpaceX Starship missions both hit spaceflight milestones this week

Events in space can be just as awe-inspiring and surprising as anything in the movies. SpaceX successfully launched its mega moon rocket and capsule, Starship, on its fourth test flight. The uncrewed Starship capsule went on an orbital journey before reentering Earth’s atmosphere and making a controlled landing in the Indian Ocean. This demonstrates the potential reusability of Starship for future missions to the moon and Mars. Meanwhile, Boeing’s Starliner spacecraft also made progress during its crewed maiden voyage to the International Space Station, despite experiencing some technical issues.
