Resolution RE Partners Secure Three New Leases for 12,000+ Square Feet, plus Expansion, at 45 West 34th Street

NEW YORK (NY, UNITED STATES - December 19, 2022 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Jeffrey Zund, Executive Director/Head of Leasing of Resolution Real Estate Partners LLC and Dana Moskowitz are partners in Resolution Real Estate Partners LLC. They are members of NAI Global and have arranged three new leases totaling approximately 12,470 square footage and a 2,000 square foot office expansion at 45 West 34th Street. Swish Breaks, an international sports memorabilia trading firm, has signed a 3-year lease for 3,930 sq. feet on the eighth floor. New Jersey-based Swish Breaks will establish its first New York headquarters in the building. Commerce Canal, which provides marketing and sales support to wholesalers and brands as well as licensees for online markets, has signed a four year lease for 4,690 feet on the 10th level. The company will be moving to its new location on the seventh floor. The Arts Connection, an organization providing arts education in New York City's public schools, has signed a five year lease for 3,850 square feet at the 12th floor. By the end of this year, the group will move to 520 Eighth Avenue. Long-term tenant PK Engineering also signed a five-year extension, expanding its existing footprint to 2,000 sq. feet on the eighth floor. The building's central position is evident, but new tenants were attracted by the ease of moving into pre-built space that was ready to go with stone and elevated glass finishes.
