Sales for newest Disneyland timeshare property to begin in May

The Walt Disney Co. announced that it would soon begin selling The Villas at Disneyland Hotel at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim.

Disney Vacation Club members will be able to purchase tickets on May 2, and the general public can buy them on May 30,

The Villas at Disney Grand Californian Hotel & Spa will be joined by the new property when it opens Sept. 28, 2009.

Villas at Disneyland Hotel include more than 340 themed rooms, including duo and deluxe studios as well as one-bedroom and two-bedroom villas and multi-level grand villas.

The rooms will feature amenities and décor inspired by Walt Disney Animation Studios' classics, such as "The Jungle Book", "Sleeping Beauty", "The Princess and the Frog" and "Fantasia".

The Duo Studios, with themes from "The Jungle Book," have queen-size beds and split bathrooms that can be tucked away into the wall when not in use to reveal a couch.

The Deluxe Studios will be themed "Sleeping Beauty", "The Princess and the Frog" and feature a kitchenette and split bathroom, as well as two queen-size bed to accommodate up to four people.

The villas with themes "The Princess and the Frog", or "Fantasia", can accommodate up to nine guests. Villas feature a fully-equipped kitchen, a living area with sofa seating which can be lowered to reveal a queen size bed. The master bedroom has a bathroom that includes double vanities and a bathtub with a mosaic tile mural.

The multi-level accommodation of the three-bedroom villas can accommodate up to 12 people. The first floor has a kitchen, dining room and a fireplace that connects the living space to an outdoor balcony.

A spiral staircase takes you to two themed bedrooms and a washer/dryer. The primary suite is on the first floor. The first bedroom was inspired by "Frozen," while the second by "Moana." Both bedrooms have two queen-size bed and ensuite bathrooms.

The hotel offers a themed swimming pool, a splash pad, a pool bar and restaurants, lounges, and shops.
