Flaherty stated that "This building in particular offered the energy that matched my culture." "In addition to this, the business community should be investing in Downtown. I believe a city is only as strong and vibrant as its Downtown core. Although the business partners were offered the chance to move the company to other cities, they decided to remain in Louisville. The space needed only minor improvements due to its natural light and exposed brick. CF Capital currently has five employees. A dedicated space is available in the new office for the company's podcast. Elevate is a weekly podcast produced by CF Capital. Chesser stated that the almost four-year-old podcast helps investors to elevate themselves which can help them in their real estate careers. Chesser stated that it's all about mindset, mind-expansion and personal development to be successful real estate investors. We believe in investing, but also in investing in ourselves. The company wants to grow but it also wants to be strategic. Chesser stated that the firm has set a goal to double its portfolio by 2023. The group's current and future acquisitions aim to provide tax advantages, steady cash flow, capital appreciation, and a margin for safety to its investors. Both Flaherty as well as Chesser were on Louisville Business First’s People to Know in Real Estate lists. In 2018, Chesser was on this list, while Flaherty was on it in 2019.
