TORONTO (GLOBE NEWSWIRE), Dec. 19, 2022 -- Timbercreek Financial (TSX : TF) is happy to announce that it has declared $0.0575 per Common Share ('Common Share'). This monthly cash dividend will be paid to Common Share holders who were recorded on December 30, 2022. Common Shares may be purchased in the open market at current prices, or from treasury at 98% of the average market price (the "Average Market Price") for the five trading days ending on the third day prior to the dividend payment (the "Trading Period") pursuant to the Plan.
