The Board of Directors of Western Asset Mortgage Capital Corporation (the "Company") announced today that a $0.40 cash dividend was declared by the Board of Directors for the fourth quarter of 2022. The Company also estimates that its GAAP per share value was $16.82 as of November 30, 2022. The Company's November 30, 2022 GAAP book value estimate is not audited, has not been reviewed by any third parties and is subject to normal quarterly reconciliations and other procedures. The estimated book value does not include today's dividend. GAAP book value can fluctuate depending on market conditions, Company operations and other factors.
